Training Course for Protective Force Executives was Held

At the inauguration ceremony of the training course for Protective Force executive officers of the National Land and Housing Organization at NAJA General Headquarters, Ali Nabian, Director General of the National Land and Housing Organization, while stating that there is a rewarding interaction between the Government and the Judiciary, said, The objective of the first training course for the Protective Force executive officers of the General Directorate of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran is to be able to work as a judicial officer after the completion of this training course.

At the inauguration ceremony of the training course
for Protective Force executive officers of the National Land and Housing
Organization at NAJA General Headquarters, Ali Nabian, Director General of the
National Land and Housing Organization, while stating that there is a rewarding
interaction between the Government and the Judiciary, said, The objective of
the first training course for the Protective Force executive officers of the
General Directorate of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran is to be able to
work as a judicial officer after the completion of this training course.



According to the Public Relations of the National
Land and Housing Organization, Nabian while mentioning that the government-owned
lands and properties need to be preserved and protected, said that the National
Land and Housing Organization is the executive arm of the Ministry of Roads and
Urban Development and in the position of sovereignty, is trying to protect the
State's properties and real estate. We hope that we will be able to implement
the intentions of the Supreme Leader and the concerns of the Islamic Republic
Government. For this reason, since 1394 (2015), the Protective Force of the
National Land and Housing Organization has been established with the aim of
preserving and protecting government lands with the permission of the Supreme
Leader in 35 General Departments of Roads and Urban Development.



The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development
said that these lands are of great value to the Government and the people; and
stated that the slightest abnegation may cause the avaricious encroach on government
properties, but the bold and powerful presence of the Protective Force of the
provincial Road and Urban Development Departments and the National Land and
Housing Organization would not allow the encroachment..



He added, "The efforts of the Protective Force
personnel of the National Land and Housing Organization do not have a specific
time, because speculators are trying to abuse government properties with close
scrutiny; therefore, we should do our best to cut their hands off from the
State’ lands. "



Director General of the National Land and Housing
Organization continued: "Since the end of last year, the meetings for delivery
of plates to Government lands by the Real Estate and Legal Department of the
General Directorate of Roads and Urban Development to the Protective Force, have
been accelerated and organized; therefore, it might reduce the Protective Force
concerns collaborators, and land protection operations can be carried out more meticulously
and cleverly.



Referring to the ongoing follow-up to the agreement
with the Natural Resources Organization, he said, "I hope that this
memorandum would be finalized soon so that by obtaining the land’s title deeds,
we can easily follow up the land issues in the Judiciary."



Ali Nabian stressing the necessity to respect the
individuals dignity, stated, " Switching from being Protective Force
personnel to judicial executive should be done with the simultaneous maintenance
of authority, health and respect for the people, and protection of civil rights
is one of the important requirements in the Protective Force’s duties that
should be minded by all the personnel of the Protective Force."



The Protective Force Training in real estate and
legal issues, the importance of informing and public participation in
protecting Government lands by calling 1656 and the need for continuity and
strengthening the interaction of the Protective Force with the Judiciary were among
the other issues emphasized by the Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban
Development.



In another part of this training course, Khalil
Mohabbatkhah, Director General of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran
Province, while stating that protecting lands is a jihadist work, said,
"Unfortunately, some people are greedy for these lands and it is the duty
of all of us in the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to protect every
inch of the lands."



He considered the cooperation and interaction of the
Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and the Judiciary as a guarantee for Government
lands protection and added, "We consider ourselves obliged to do our duty
in the best possible way, despite all the existing deficiencies."



At the beginning of the ceremony, Col. Javad
Kheradmand presented a report on the actions of the National Land and Housing Protective
Force, referring to some of their actions, including the establishment of 1656
as the public communication line, the use of tablets in land protection and
land verification; and said, "The priority of National Organization’s Protective
Unit is transformationalism and smartization.



It is worth mentioning that in another part of the course
inauguration ceremony, the representative of Tehran Protective Force personnel
raised the issues and problems of the Protective Force and at the end of the
ceremony, he presented Appreciation Awards to some of the Protective Force
members of Tehran Roads and Urban Development General Directorate for their
efforts.
