According to the Public Relations Department of the National Land and Housing Organization, Nabiyan specified that 40 trillion tomans of this target will be cash revenue, with the remaining 30 trillion tomans to be achieved through non-cash methods including asset swaps. He emphasized that advancing all projects initiated last year in various provinces requires securing these financial resources.

"The majority of revenue realization will come from the sale of the organization's properties and lands throughout the country," Nabiyan stated, adding that provincial Road and Urban Development departments have been instructed to submit detailed timelines for expected cash revenues as outlined in the official program.

The Deputy Minister of Road and Urban Development further explained that the Revenue Committee of the National Land and Housing Organization has decided to establish corresponding committees in all provincial Road and Urban Development departments. These provincial committees will be overseen by the Deputy for Legal and Property Affairs of each provincial department.

The monitoring meeting was attended by the CEO and board members of the National Land and Housing Organization along with managers of provincial Road and Urban Development departments, conducted via video conference at the organization's headquarters.
