National Land and Housing Organization Reports Improved Performance Under Iran’s 14th Administration
The National Land and Housing Organization has reported improved performance in key operational areas under the 14th administration, according to its Managing Director Ali Nabian. The announcement came during a joint meeting with Seyed Abdollah Arjaei, Deputy Minister for Planning and Resource Management at the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.
According to the organization’s Public Relations Office, Nabian stated that the agency’s performance metrics—aligned with the objectives of Iran’s Seventh Development Plan—will now be systematically recorded and updated through the ministry’s supervisory platform.
Nabian highlighted progress in several priority areas, including land provision, urban boundary expansions, housing support for disadvantaged groups and war veterans, and cooperation with the armed forces on housing initiatives. He emphasized that the improvements under the 14th government outpace the cumulative achievements since the adoption of the Housing Production Leap Law.
He also underscored the importance of cross-sector collaboration within the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, noting that overlapping responsibilities among the ministry’s departments require integrated approaches and joint initiatives to ensure efficient program delivery.
Nabian reiterated the organization’s commitment to transparency and legislative oversight, stating that “accountability to the Islamic Consultative Assembly is a duty,” and that reporting through official platforms helps foster public trust.
The meeting also addressed other strategic topics, including leading development projects, budget law provisions, investment opportunities, and key performance indicators.
Deputy Minister Arjaei praised the National Land and Housing Organization as one of the Ministry’s top-performing agencies. He highlighted its role in fulfilling the minister’s provincial commitments and in managing field operations as benchmarks for effective governance.
