At the launch ceremony of the Organization's
new website, the Director General of the National Land and Housing Organization
said, "Proper and timely information may report the efforts of all
colleagues in all offices and areas of the National Land and Housing
Organization to people, which not only affects the morale of the Organization's
employees but also pursues a positive and hopeful view of the people as the
main audience of the Organization."

According to the Public
Relations of the National Land and Housing Organization, Ali Nabian mentioned that
the pursuance of the Public Relations and Information Technology Offices and
the comprehensive cooperation and synergy of the Board Members lead to the launch
of the Organization’s new website and added, "The main point is that the published
portal content should be updated and monitored daily, and conversion of the
Organization’s material into digital content requires the cooperation of all
offices and areas of the Organization with the Public Relations Office."

At the ceremony, which was held
in the presence of the members of the Board of Directors of the National Land
and Housing Organization, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development defined
Mehr Housing and National Action Plan as communication priorities of the
Organization and noted: Collaboration of
Technology and Engineering Office with the Office of Public Relations in communicating
the projects should be in such a way that the prepared information and news would
be provided to the audience and media professional on a daily basis.

At the ceremony, the Director
General of the Office of Information and Communication Technology, noting that
the management of the processes in the Organization's portal is particularly
complex, said: "Previous surveys showed that this portal has not met the
Organization's needs regarding infrastructure supply, information issues and effective
communication with the citizens, and this has caused the National Land and
Housing Organization not to get the portal full score in the evaluations by the
State Administrative and Recruitment Organization in the previous years.

Ahmad Haji Heidari while
pointing out that the planning to change the physical appearance of the website
of the National Land and Housing Organization started since late 1397, added:
After selecting the contractor according to legal procedures, the Information
and Communication Technology Office of the National Land and Housing Organization
as the contract supervisor cooperating with the Public Relations Office
continued to design graphic templates, convert and transfer data from the old
to the new site, and add the English version to the same; so that, the Organization's
website now enjoys all the indicators required by State Administrative and
Recruitment Organization.

In addition, the Director of
the Public Relations Office of the National Land and Housing Organization while
mentioning that, nowadays, living without web pages and the Internet is
inconceivable, stated: According to official statistics, the State penetration
rate of the Internet is more than 90%, and Iranian users, with an average of 8
hours of Internet use per day, have the highest Internet usage in the world.

Javad Azizi, pointing out that
the new website of the National Land and Housing Organization is
audience-oriented, added, "In addition to complying with the directives
announced by the Management and Planning Organization, State Administrative and
Recruitment Organization, and the IRI Government Information Council, at the
National Land and Housing Organization, we have designed the website based on
the needs of the audience in two main sections of extra- and
intra-organizational under the title of as a Specific For Colleagues.

He further added, "The extra-organizational
section is available to all people and audience, and the "Specific for
Colleagues" section has been created with the relevant information of the colleagues
for effective communication and deepened sense of organizational engagement,
and all the services provided to colleagues, including domestic news, personnel
informativeness, comments and suggestions, Basij measures, committees of
efficiency and women's affairs of the Organization are anticipated in this
section, and the colleagues can use the mentioned services with their usernames
and passwords."

He continued by pointing out
that in the English version of the website, news is translated online and
up-to-date, "Of the items added to the website is the section of latest visual
reports of the Housing National Action Plans, which will be uploaded separately
for each province."

The new website of the National
Land and Housing Organization at www.nlho.ir is available to the Organization’s
general audience hereafter.
