New Digital Service Launched to Streamline Requests at the National Land and Housing Organization
The National Land and Housing Organization of Iran has officially launched a new electronic service aimed at simplifying the submission and tracking of administrative requests for both individuals and legal entities.
According to the organization’s public relations office, Ali Gholampour, Deputy for Management Development and Resources, said the platform has been designed to enhance transparency, improve public access to services, and accelerate response times. The move is part of the organization’s broader commitment to e-government development and citizen satisfaction.
Gholampour emphasized that the new system enables users to submit requests and official correspondence electronically without the need for in-person visits. Applicants receive a tracking code that allows them to monitor the status of their submissions in real time. The platform is intended to reduce physical footfall, save time and costs, and improve overall service efficiency.
He invited all stakeholders, including citizens and professionals in the housing and urban development sectors, to make use of the service. Gholampour noted that digital service provision is a key element of the organization’s digital transformation agenda and a clear example of its commitment to responsive, transparent public service.
This initiative aligns with the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development’s national digital transformation strategy and supports the government’s broader objective of improving the quality and accessibility of public services.
