General
Directorate of the Bureau of Equipping Resources, Plan, and Budget of the
National Land and Housing Organization spoke of the holding of the fortieth
session of the Organization’s Research Committee in order to review the
proposal of research on “identification of the development domains of new
business activities along the tasks of the Organization” at SATE portal.

As reported by the Public Relations of the National
Land and Housing Organization, Nafiseh Ghodsiyan said that creation of the
platform for new business development ecosystem with a startup approach
benefiting from new ideas, creativity, and considerations while relying on the
capacities of the universities, scientific centers, science and technology
parks, and knowledge-based corporations not only leads to employment and
entrepreneurship, but also accounts for mobility and innovation of the
Organization and entails growth and thrivability. At the session, the
strategies appropriate to the performance and substantive tasks of the
Organization for comprehensive development were set forth, and the experts
investigated the challenges and benefits for each of them.

While mentioning that one of the objectives of the
Research Committee of the Organization is to develop technology according to
the performance of the Organization, she further added, “At the moment we are
to choose a consultant to implement the project of identification of the
development domains of new business activities along the tasks and duties of
the Organization; and we hope to witness the progression and the achievement of
operation of the project in the context of the Organization.”

Head of the Research Committee of the National Land
and Housing Organization stated that efforts have been recently made to take
required actions to create a platform for new business development ecosystem
with a startup approach benefiting from new ideas, creativity, and
considerations besides the realization of the organizational goals that the
implementation of the mentioned project has been in the same direction; and
further added, “Implementation of the support program of housing, and model
building in  designing, attracting,
directing, and equipping the public and non-governmental resources, and also
creating a background to utilize the foreign services and financial resources
and using the modern technology to manufacture material and construct houses
are of the goals at the National Land and Housing Organization that can benefit
from the project.

At the end, Ghodsiyan announced that the startups of
the land and housing sectors may seek to connect the flow of supply and demand,
and added, “Startups in the international area are moving much extensively and
with rapid transformation that we hope to be able to create some mechanisms in
the country to use the services of this project to create a reform in the
housing construction system.”
