In the meeting of the Strategic Council for the
Development of Human Resources Management, the Director General of the National
Land and Housing Organization emphasized on the implementation of the task of
the committees of this council and said, “The members of these committees shall
prepare an operational and practical work plan based on the priorities of each
domain.”

As reported by the Public Relations of the National
Land and Housing Organization, while mentioning that the committees of this
council shall influence the process of organizational management decisions,
Ahmad Asghari Mehrabadi added that “Existence of the committees such as the
Committee on Administrative Health and Human Capital or the Committee on the
Protection of People's Rights can increase our accountability and
responsibility in the administration.”

The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development
called for a detailed report on the work of these committees in the coming
sessions of the council and stated, "Without presenting sufficient
information, the core objectives of this committee, which is the transition of
the administrative system and the malversation
campaign, cannot be achieved."

It is worth mentioning that the Strategic Council
for the Development of Human Resource Management was convened in the National
Land and Housing Organization after that the Supreme Leader announced the
general policies of administrative reform in 2010 and after the communication
of the circular by the Presidency’s Deputy
of Management Development and Human Capital in 2014.
