Priorities of National Land and Housing Organization Announced at Board Appointment Ceremony

The CEO of Iran’s National Land and Housing Organization outlined the agency’s key priorities during a ceremony introducing two new board members, emphasizing the implementation of the National Housing Production Surge Law, population growth initiatives, and housing support for low-income groups and war veterans.

Ali Nabian, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development and head of the organization, highlighted these as the organization’s core objectives and called for accelerated efforts to achieve them, according to a statement from the agency’s public relations office.

At the event, Nabian introduced Hamid Bannaei and Milad Amini as new board members. He described Bannaei as an experienced and knowledgeable manager and expressed hope that the board would work collaboratively to address some of the public’s housing concerns.

Referring to Amini’s previous roles as a board member at the Urban Regeneration Company and as CEO of the Holy Shrines Development Fund within the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, Nabian noted his familiarity with the ministry’s operations and voiced confidence in a team-based approach to advancing the organization’s mission.

The CEO also thanked former board members Esmail Raeisi and Fardin Shakeri for their service.

Additionally, Seyed Salar Seyed Hosseini was appointed as acting head of the organization’s Investment and Advanced Construction Technologies Office, succeeding Masoud Hashemi, who was commended for his contributions.
