General Directorate of the Office of Information Technology and Communication of the National Land and Housing Organization spoke of development of enterprise architecture roadmap in the National Land and Housing Organization and stated “Enterprise architecture impels development and is regarded as a vigorous tool for the Organization’s agility in the context of information technology and communication with the purpose of organizational maturity.”
As reported by the Public Relations of the National Land and Housing Organization, while mentioning that the envisaged future perspective to develop enterprise architecture roadmap has been determined regarding the Organization’s macro-missions, Ahmad Hajiheidari added “The roadmap and the guidelines will be developed to separately modify the structure of the National Land and Housing Organization and the functions of the business units of the Organization while maintaining the integrity in such a way that the envisaged future perspective would become reality.”
Hajiheidari mentioned the orientation of strategic planning and implementation of the priorities of the senior and executive managers of the Organization as among the objectives of the project and further added “Of the other items considered in the future perspective, we can refer to development of a knowledge base blueprint of understanding business opportunities in order to focus on business strategies lining with the need of improvement in the pivotal capabilities of the Organization.”
General Directorate of the Office of Information Technology and Communication of the National Land and Housing Organization defined the consequences of the development of enterprise architecture roadmap as increase and quality improvement of ITaC services to promote and update the existing capacities, efficient bedding to create value chain-based models, training leadership, efficient culture building of ITaC propellents, and organizational governance structure design in the category of the communication of the Organization’s central headquarter with the provincial centers and organizations.
