Holding the Second Round of the Meetings to Monitor the Implementation of the Executive Plan of the Year 1399 of the Roads and Urban Development General Directorates

Organization announced the holding of the second round of the meetings to
monitor the implementation of the executive plan of the year 1399 of the provincial
Roads and Urban Development General Directorates.
The Public Relations of the National Land and
Housing Organization reported that Abdollah Bahadori, while mentioning that the
performance of the second quarter of the provincial Roads and Urban Development
General Directorates is going to be examined, said, “In the meetings, the
performance of the General Directorates regarding the sale and assignment of
residential and commercial units, land transfer, collection of current and
overdue debts, collection of rent installments, receipt of resources, land
management and completion of Mehr Housing Projects, legal records, and the
performance of real estate area are observed and monitored.”
The board Member of the National Land and Housing
Organization stated; “In this round of meetings, the performance of Roads and
Urban Development General Directorate of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, North
Khorasan, Golestan and Lorestan Provinces has been monitored.”
In the end, he pointed out that the implementation
of the executive plan for the year 1399 is going to be done according to a
pre-determined schedule, and further added, "The result of this monitoring
is effective in annual assessment of all the Road and Urban Development General
Departments, but the main goal in these meetings is to solve the problems
facing the Headquarters in implementing their annual program.”
It is worth mentioning that the executive plan for
the year 1399 of the provincial Roads and Urban Development General
Directorates in the areas of land and housing has been formulated in Esfand of
the previous year (March 2020) and communicated to the Provinces.
