Iran Accelerates National Housing Projects in Piranshahr through Land Allocation
The Iranian government is stepping up efforts to implement the National Housing Movement in Piranshahr by allocating land for essential public services, including education and healthcare, a senior housing official announced on Thursday.
According to the organization’s public relations office, Ali Nabian, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development and head of the National Land and Housing Organization, said that 4,000 square meters of land will be allocated in Piranshahr for the construction of a school and a hospital. He made the announcement during a meeting held at the Piranshahr Governor’s Office to review local housing and infrastructure challenges.
Nabian emphasized that land acquisition for housing projects in the region is progressing smoothly and remains a top priority. He noted that the identification and allocation of additional land plots for the National Housing Movement is actively underway.
Calling for stronger inter-agency cooperation, Nabian urged local executive bodies to expedite the issuance of permits necessary for housing development. He also stated that the government is considering the allocation of free bitumen for urban regeneration projects in Piranshahr to speed up infrastructure delivery.
The official concluded by stressing the need to fully utilize regional resources to support the successful implementation of housing initiatives.
