National Land and Housing Organization Addresses Citizens’ Land and Housing Concerns in Public Meeting

The National Land and Housing Organization held a public meeting to address land and housing concerns raised by citizens, as part of an initiative to improve transparency and direct public engagement.

According to the Organization’s Public Relations Office, Ali Nabian, Managing Director of the National Land and Housing Organization and Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development, met with a number of applicants to review and resolve their individual cases.

The meeting covered a range of issues, including requests for land allocation to housing cooperatives, housing for families of martyrs, land-use classification disputes, applications for land designated for sports and recreational purposes, and compensation plots.

“I listened to the concerns of our fellow citizens and referred each request to the relevant technical departments for legal assessment and appropriate action,” Nabian said.

He stressed the importance of adhering to legal frameworks in evaluating all applications submitted to the Organization, noting that such direct interactions with the public provide valuable opportunities for senior officials to better serve the needs of the population.

The National Land and Housing Organization regularly holds public sessions as part of its commitment to responsive governance and citizen-centered service delivery.
