The
chairperson of the Office of Equipping Resources, Planning, and Budget of the
National Land and Housing Organization spoke of centralization of productivity
cycle and articulation of the future perspective document of the Organization,
and stated “The document is on the agenda as one of the operational plans of
the National Land and Housing Organization while promotion of the
Organization's activities being the objective.”

As reported by the Public Relations of the National
Land and Housing Organization, Nafiseh Ghodsian called the Organization’s document
of future perspective part of the strategic planning
process, which outlines the Organization’s goals and orientation for the next
decade up to 1410 (2031) and continued “After a consultant was selected to
compile the document, various steps were taken in the Research Committee of the
Organization and the consequences were communicated to the Board Members and
the Organization’s General Managers.”

While mentioning that after the codification,
approval, and the release of the document, there would be on the agenda the analysis
of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, strategic planning,
operations, and development of its executive plan; the chairperson of the
Office of Equipping Resources, Planning, and Budget of the National Land and
Housing Organization further added “ To draw the document in the form of future
perspective, a comprehensive report on the urban land and housing market, the
Organization’s performance in the current situation, depicting the
Organization’s goals and aspiration based on the existing conditions have been
prepared.”

She declared to release the document upon
acquisition and application of strategic views of the National Land and Housing
Organization’s Board Members and Managers, and stated, “We hope to take
important steps in the open space created by the release of the document of
future perspective.”
