visit of the manager director of National Lands and housing Organization from west Azarbaijan province

In the session of Strategic Council for the Development of Human Resources Management, a Board member of the National Land and Housing Organization while noting that the convention of the council is based on communication of the circular by the Presidency’s Deputy of Management Development and Human Capital, stated, “Enforcement of the decisions of this council is one of the important indicators of performance evaluation by the Management and Planning Organization.”

Director General of the National Land and Housing Organization spoke of the holding of a follow-up meeting on the process of completing the remainder of Mehr Housing project and stated, “In the meeting, the Roads and Urban Development Directorate Generals presented a report on the details of the remaining Mehr Housing projects and explained the reasons for not completing the same.”

A joint meeting was held with the presence of the managing director and the board members of the National Land and Housing Organization together with the representatives of the Armed Forces (Islamic Republic Army, Revolutionary Guards, Disciplinary Forces, and the Ministry of Defense) to implement the tripartite letter of understanding of Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, Ministry of Defense, and General Staff of Iran’s Armed Forces at the National Land and Housing Organization.

In the meeting of the Strategic Council for the Development of Human Resources Management, the Director General of the National Land and Housing Organization emphasized on the implementation of the task of the committees of this council and said, “The members of these committees shall prepare an operational and practical work plan based on the priorities of each domain.”

A board member of the National Land and Housing Organization reported the follow up of the latest status of lands transformation and delivery within the city limit and said “Transformation and delivery of lands within the city limit shall be implemented in line with the bilateral letter of understanding of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development with Ministry of Agriculture.”

Director General of Inspection, Performance Management, and Citizens’ Rights Office of the National Land and Housing Organization spoke of the Organization ascent to the Third Rank regarding general and specific indicators altogether announced by the State Administrative and Recruitment Affairs Organization in 1398 (2020).

General Directorate of the Bureau of Equipping Resources, Plan, and Budget of the National Land and Housing Organization spoke of the holding of the fortieth session of the Organization’s Research Committee in order to review the proposal of research on “identification of the development domains of new business activities along the tasks of the Organization” at SATE portal.

Managing Director of the National Land and Housing Organization announced that during the first six months of the year 1399 (2020), all but one of the total 2007 cases of invasions made to 1061 Hectares of governmental lands were promptly eliminated, due to alertness of the provincial Protection Unit Forces; and further stated, “During the first half of the year, the Protection Unit of South Sistan and Balouchestan Roads and Urban Development General Directorate enjoyed the highest number of immediate eliminations of invasion among the provinces.”

General Directorate of the Office of Information Technology and Communication of the National Land and Housing Organization spoke of development of enterprise architecture roadmap in the National Land and Housing Organization and stated “Enterprise architecture impels development and is regarded as a vigorous tool for the Organization’s agility in the context of information technology and communication with the purpose of organizational maturity.”
