The chairperson of the Office of Equipping Resources, Planning, and Budget of the National Land and Housing Organization spoke of centralization of productivity cycle and articulation of the future perspective document of the Organization, and stated “The document is on the agenda as one of the operational plans of the National Land and Housing Organization while promotion of the Organization's activities being the objective.”

The latest approach to deliver the remainder of Mehr Housing units in the provinces of Fars, Hamedan, West Azarbayjan, Qazvin, and Kerman was discussed in the weekly meetings to follow up the completion of Mehr Housing Projects.

Managing Director of the National Land and Housing Organization, upon mentioning that the construction of superstructure services of Mehr Housing sites in cities with a population of over 25 thousand people is one of the less-noticed tasks of National Land and Housing Organization in the field of Mehr Housing Completion, stated “Since the beginning of Mehr Housing construction process in the ‘Government of Prudence and Hope’, construction of superstructure services including schools, police stations, clinics, libraries and other cultural and sports equipment, have been on our agenda.”

Board Member of the National Land and Housing Organization announced the holding of the second round of the meetings to monitor the implementation of the executive plan of the year 1399 of the provincial Roads and Urban Development General Directorates.

Managing Director of the National Land and Housing Organization, while offering condolences on the occasion of the mourning days of Sayyid al-Shuhada' (Imam al-Husayn), announced the communication of the instructions to intensify the protection of government lands and affiliates during the Mourning holidays.

The commander of Protection Unit of the National Land and Housing Organization while mentioning that the Unit has received the number of 322 public reports on land invasion via four-digit telephone number of 1656 in June-July of the current year, said, “The 228 cases out of the total 322 were related to the functional area of the Protection Unit of the National Land and Housing Organization that all were promptly eliminated, thanks to alertness of the Protection Unit Force.”

At the weekly meeting on follow-up of the remainder projects of Mehr Housing, Managing Director of the National Land and Housing Organization while mentioning that there remain about 29000 units of Mehr Housing Project in the cities of more than 25000 populations, said, “These units are going to be completed and delivered to the applicants by the mid of November, unless those with legal issues and below 30% physical Development.”

At the weekly follow-up meeting for Mehr Housing completion, a board member of the National Land and Housing Organization said that all the provinces should do their best to speed up the completion of problem-free projects so that the remaining ones of the plan would be finished in due time.

In a ceremony with the presence of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development and the Head of the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs, the managing Director of the National Land and Housing Organization stated in the sidelines, “Upon signing the letter of understanding, 20,000 residential units are going to be built for the veterans community, the martyrs families and ex-prisoners of war.”

A board member of National Land and Housing Organization while stating that more than 37,000 one-sheet deeds have been obtained from Real Estate and Documents Registry Departments from the beginning of the year 1398 (March 2019) to the end of the month “Ordibehesht” (20 May 2020), said, “Our expectancy in the National Land and Housing Organization is that by the end of the twelfth Government, the process of obtaining single-page documents regarding the Organization's previous deeds will be completed.”
